About Us

Lakeshore Yoga & Mobility Studio opened its doors on September 4th, 2018. Since then our loyal followers and students have come to rely on Lakeshore Yoga for a variety of classes and one-on-one coaching. With over 16 years of experience in Yoga and the wellness industry, Lakeshore Yoga is one of Oakville’s best studios. We offer yoga group classes, private yoga, and mobility training (FRC) . We are able to inspire and guide you in your journey to feel good in your body, prevent injury and lead a healthy, fulfilling life!
